perfect timing! we have a BBQ on sunday and i was wondering what to make. i will try the kebabs. btw i heard that you need only egg yolk to bind so that may reduce egginess of the kebab

yup. I remember ammamma used basin to do this. I wonder if I can do some tikkis or burger patties with the same ingredients. i have been looking for the burger patty thing almost for last one year and always ended up with Venky's patties. Is there a way to make them at home? If i am not wrong venky's thing tastes exactly of these ingredients and of course little bit of green chilli.

Why not use the same kebab mix to make patties for burgers?
It will taste excellent.
